Having recently purchased the "Gettysburg Expedition Guide", I had to tell you how much I enjoyed this product. No book or static map(s) can convey the sequence of events as well as your animations. I also must commend you on the notion of putting an overlay of the current road system on the maps. This is an excellent device to help guide the attentive reader. The tour itself is first class. Altogether, I think it is a spectacular package, and at 29 bucks, a great value. I look forward to viewing other titles in this series, and traveling using their knowledge base. Its enough to make me want to get a lap-top.

Let me tell you this is by far the best tour I have ever listened to on the battlefield of Gettysburg. I have at least four different tours by some of the best historians.. but this by far is the most informative.... Your speaker comes across with facts and with such feeling that you can relive the battle right in the car..

We visited Gettysburg last weekend. When we arrived at the Park's Visitors Center, we were debating if to hire a licensed tour guide but we had no extra room in our car for another person. We decided instead to buy the TravelBrains "Gettysburg Field Guide". I have to thank you because the visit to the park which otherwise might have been "boring" to my wife and kids was made very interesting by the complementing CD audio and guidebook. We enjoyed it very much. It was like having a knowledgeable and well organized licensed tour guide present in our car but cheaper and without the need for extra sitting space! Excellent idea !!!!! Which tour guide are you publishing next? Are you planning to publish city tour guides? Keep us posted.

Simply put "It's the best thing out there." I've seen all the tours. There is no comparison. When your product came out this past summer I had a chance to talk to a gentleman in the parking lot of the [Gettysburg] Visitor's Center. He was carrying another tour tape, asked me what I thought of it and I suggested that he reconsider and buy yours. Met him a day later. Nothing but good reviews. In fact he had recommended it to others he had talked to. I'm just not surprised. This has personally happened to me a number of times. What you guys have done is great. Wishing you the best.

I had written to you a week or so ago congratulating TravelBrains on its Second Manassas Expedition Guide. I feel now as I said then. It's exceptional. The two greatest improvements over the Gettysburg Expedition Guide, which is outstanding in its own right, are the narration during the battle sequences and the additional learning opportunities (i.e., the weapons segment). The weapons segment was especially beneficial because, in my opinion, it's the best presentation on the impact of rifled muskets that I've seen.
I would love to see Shiloh and Chancellorsville Expedition Guides. Thanks for listening and for offering such an excellent product. Both the Gettysburg and Manassas Guides are simply the best.

We recently toured the Gettysburg battlefield using your audio tour. I was very impressed with the detail and special effects that are provided on the CD. I browsed the through the CD-Rom from the expedition guide and was also very impressed with the quality and detail. Thank you so much for providing a product of excellent quality. It was well worth the money that I spent. I'm in the process of planning a trip to the Antietam battlefield. Do you have an expedition guide for that battlefield?

Paul, I really was impressed with the Expedition Guide. It was well worth the money. For the first time I could really see how the battle unfolded. Reading in a book doesn't convey adequately enough the movements on the battlefield.I found the ability to overlay the road map on the battlefield map very helpful. I enjoyed the animated battle maps as it was easy to visualize what was happening over a certain part of the battlefield. I wish that I had bought this before I visited the battlefield my first time. I now see that I missed quite a bit. The roads in the park get you twisted around but after having used the Gettysburg Expedition Guide I feel I'll have a much better idea the next time I go.
